Tellus Why

'Tellus', named after the Roman goddess of Mother Earth, is a digital publication dedicated to exploring innovations, voices and discourse within fashion through an Earth-focused, vegan lens. We aim to keep the planet and all its inhabitants at the forefront, fostering conversations that challenge perceptions of a harmonious world and envisioning a brighter future. We aim to build an accessible community of conscious consumers eager to engage, support, and participate in this vital dialogue.

 

While our publication appeals to those following a vegan lifestyle, it also targets anyone interested in becoming a more conscious consumer and reflecting on their impact on the environment. Tellus is not an echo chamber; we aim to evolve the narrative around vegan living, making it inclusive and stylish rather than solely "green."

London, home to the largest vegan population in the UK at 3.75%, is our primary focus. We target readers aged 20-39—the fastest-growing demographic adopting a plant-based diet. With projections indicating an increase of 1.1 million vegans in the UK from 2023 to 2024, there is a significant opportunity for an elevated, fashion-focused vegan magazine. There is no other publication doing what we set out to achieve.

Our readers are stylish Londoners who consider the environmental implications of their choices. They seek diverse narratives and conversations to live more harmoniously with the Earth and its inhabitants, often through a vegan lens.
