residents of Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of
age or older as of the date
set forth in the contest advertisement.
Entries must be received by
date set forth in contest advertisement.
Winner to be selected at random.
Not responsible for any problems
or technical malfunctions of
any telephone, computer or on-line
or Internet systems or services.
Not responsible for lost, late
or misdirected entries, illegible
entries or entries containing
incorrect information. Entries
become the property of the sponsors
and will not be acknowledged
or returned. Sponsors have the
right to use all entries for
editorial, advertising or publicity
purposes without additional
compensation. Prizewinner(s)
will be selected by representatives
of US Weekly from among all
eligible entries received. Prizewinner(s)
will be notified by e-mail,
mail or telephone. See contest
advertisement for a description
of prizes and approximate retail
values. Employees of US Weekly
LLC, other participating sponsors,
their affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising or promotional agencies
and their immediate family members
and/or those living in same
household are not eligible.
Void in Puerto Rico and Florida.
No substitution or transfer
of prize permitted except as
provided herein. All federal/state/local
taxes are the sole responsibility
of prizewinner(s). All federal/state/local
laws and regulations apply.
Potential prizewinner(s) must
execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release
of Liability/Prize Acceptance
Form within 10 days of notification.
Noncompliance/return of prize
notification as undeliverable
will result in disqualification
and selection of an alternate
winner. By entering, participants
agree to release and hold harmless
US Weekly LLC, other participating
sponsors, their parent, subsidiary
and affiliated entities, directors,
officers, employees, attorneys,
agents, and representatives
from any damage, injury, death,
loss, claim, action, demand,
or other liability that may
arise from their acceptance
and/or use of any prize or their
participation in this promotion,
or from any misuse, or malfunction
of any prize awarded. Sponsors
reserve the right to substitute
prizes of equal or greater value
if any prize is unavailable.
Acceptance of any prize constitutes
consent to use winner's name
and likeness for editorial,
advertising and publicity purposes
without additional compensation,
except where prohibited by law.
Sponsors reserve the right to
disqualify any person tampering
with the entry process or who
is otherwise in violation of
the Official Rules. Sponsors
further reserve the right to
cancel, terminate or modify
the contest in the event the
contest is not capable of completion
as planned (including infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering
or technical failures of any
kind). In the event of a dispute
as to entries submitted by multiple
users having the same e-mail
account, the authorized subscriber
of the e-mail account used to
enter the contest at the actual
time of entry will be deemed
to be the entrant and must comply
with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed
to be the natural person who
is assigned an e-mail address
by an Internet access provider,
online service provider or other
organization which is responsible
for assigning e-mail addresses
or the domain associated with
the submitted e-mail address.
By participating, entrants agree
to be bound by these Official
Rules and the decision of the
judges. By entering, participants
consent to receive notification
of future promotions, advertisements
or solicitations by or from
US Weekly LLC, its affiliates
or any other sponsor or advertiser
via e-mail, direct mail or other
means of communication. For
